§ 1 General Provisions

1. The payment operator of https://WholesaleLinks.co.uk and https://WholesaleLinks.com is WholesaleLinks Ltd, registered in the UK, Rotherham.
2. The owner of the WholesaleLinks trademark and platform is WholesaleLinks Ltd (hereinafter "WholesaleLinks") registered in the UK, Unit 4E, Enterprise Court, Rotherham, S63 5DB, Company No. 09582404.
3. Access to the WholesaleLinks platform is prepaid, in accordance with § 2 of these terms.
4. WholesaleLinks serves as a communication platform only. Contracts or agreements made between users are independent and executed outside the platform.
5. By registering, the user accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this document.

§ 2 Registration and Custom Database

1. Users must complete the registration form and pay the subscription fee before accessing platform features.
2. WholesaleLinks reserves the right to reject registration or suspend accounts for reasons such as:
   • a. Providing false information
   • b. Uncertainty regarding legal existence or legitimacy of a business

§ 3 User Obligations

• Users agree to provide accurate business information during registration.
• Users are responsible for all content posted through their accounts.
• Users must comply with applicable laws, including those relating to exports, imports, and online conduct.

§ 4 Payment and Subscription

1. WholesaleLinks is a paid service. Subscription fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
2. All payments must be made via approved methods listed on the platform.
3. WholesaleLinks reserves the right to change pricing at any time with notice to users.

§ 5 Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and software on WholesaleLinks are the property of WholesaleLinks Ltd.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

§ 6 Limitation of Liability

• WholesaleLinks is not liable for any damages resulting from user-to-user transactions.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• WholesaleLinks does not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability.

§ 7 Termination

• WholesaleLinks may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.

§ 8 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
